Mitch Hedberg

I love to laugh but I’ve only been able to feel it again in the most random intervals of my days stacked upon one another. Like today I was watching a stand-up segment by this comedian named Mitch Hedberg and simply COULD NOT keep it together, like I was gritting my TEETH trying to keep myself still on the quiet floor of the library. Deleting Instagram and it’s personal attachment to my public, Google name had to be done before my humor became a replication of Instagram reels.

Okay, so the Internet is dope. We all knew that but I want to share some of my favorite corners:

  • The Google Doodles

  • Youtube but the most obscure and unrelated videos to my usual recommended

  • Coding Academy

  • Notion

  • Pinterest

  • Graphic design websites like NewNewNew

My thoughts revolve around “Wow thats pretty, how can I make something that pretty?” Digesting the what if’s is innate to my problem-solving abilities because usually I can find a solution that will cause the least amount of emotional catapulting toward myself and others. And let me say, I cannot relax. Like the kind where you are okay with doing something purely for your enjoyment rather than productivity is HARD. Lying to yourself is a waste of time in my opinion and let me say that it is possible to take time when you realize what it is that comes naturally and positively out of your reactions. Laughing for example is something I believe most people like to do, right? I mean I haven’t seen anyone jump out of their bad times faster than with a quick pick-me-up joke. This is why I have narrowed down my type to funny guys.

Mitch Hedberg is someone I feel obligated to announce as a “THIS GUYYYYY” moment because ya’ll, I feel reenergized by his comedic charisma so much that I dub myself as a Mitch Hedburg stan. Rest in peace to this legend whom to will always live on for his authentic and comforting approach to stand-up. I never watch hour long stand up shows either, but damn I am willing to make a documentary for this man!

LAUGH IT UP!!!
